Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® Certification
Agile Project Management uses an iterative approach, which focuses on delivering project outputs as quickly as possible and in a progressive manner, rather than the one-time planning and delivery approach. Often, the software and product development industries use this approach.
Using the iterative approach, Agile Project Management principles enable software developers to constantly adjust and review their software development processes. This helps to improve their performance incrementally and come up with a quality product.
The PMI® Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® is one of the fastest-growing certifications in the field of IT project management. Earning a PMI-ACP® certification helps a person demonstrate knowledge of agile principles and skills with agile techniques.
Our PMI-ACP® Certification Course will help your participants implement Agile practices appropriate for your organization and gain the skills and knowledge required to sit for the PMI-ACP® certification exam. We will also guide and support the participants with the complete process, from filling out the PMI-ACP® application to achieving the certification in the shortest possible time. We will provide participants with study material and training handouts in soft copies, which will help in preparation for the certification exam.
This PMI-ACP® course covers agile methodologies, tools, and techniques and provides real-life scenarios throughout the course. It also includes the concepts of the newly added Agile Practice Guide, a reference resource for the PMI-ACP® exam. This training program is aligned with the latest PMI® guidelines to help your delegates pass the PMI-ACP® exam.
